Cruise for you!

We were in deep thought seeking about an adventure me and Luis have yet to experience. We have flown over 1500 miles to visit a few Asian Countries, and over 6,000 miles to explore some parts of  Europe. Admit it. It is in the very nature of every Filipino this insatiable curiosity to see what's on the other side of the world.

But it dawned on us one day...why not embrace our own for a change? Not that we were trying to be nationalistic and patriotic, nor interested in exalting our beloved Philippines (trying to cut the mustard and wipe out the guilt here). We just felt that it's about time. "Let's board Manila Bay cruise!"

Wrapped with excitement, we were early at the dock for our very first cruise adventure to witness one of the most breathtaking sunsets of the world. It was sheer pleasure to say the least! Watching the sun go down at the Baywalk was entrancing enough, but to watch while on the upper deck of a 'mini' ship was something else. The boat also have seats on the upper deck, where you can not only savor the view of the sunset, but also listen to the music provided by a live band.

Indeed, even the most mundane things seem exceptional when cast in a different light, and while the setting of the sun is an everyday occurrence, viewing it while on a Manila Bay sunset cruise allows you to see it for what it really is: a resplendent aerial show at par with the other tourist attractions in the other side of the world.
